Returns Policy


Refunds will only be considered where the description of the item by Claremont Vintage on the website or in subsequent e-mail correspondence is incorrect. No mechanical guarantees are offered unless specifically agreed in writing.

You must notify us via e-mail about a potential return as soon as possible and within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returns will not be considered after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs in order to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning the item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items that do not reach us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
